Andrew finished his E3Live 60 day Challenge!

E3Live employee Andrew made it to the finish line!  For 60 days he took E3Live products and did the Insanity by Beachbody workout.

Andrew said at the starIMG_1117t of the challenge: “My goals are to get more fit, build more muscle and get stronger. I am also doing this for my mental health and physical health. To alleviate as much stress as I can while becoming healthier.”

Looks like he accomplished his goals!  Andrew says at the end of his challenge: “ I attribute the success of this to the products at E3Live. Especially the BrainON, RenewME, Camu Camu, and Blue Majik. I am not having any issues with my knees or my shoulders. I used to have problems with these areas, I even wore a knee brace when I was active in my earlier years. I am going to be continuing Insanity, and will start the work out over, but starting with the second half (the more intense part). I am going to be continuing taking these E3Live products, because I do notice a huge difference in how I feel. I feel much better!!”Overall my body feels a lot better, I feel stronger, more flexible, and healthier. My mind is clear and I am much happier.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Sejal – Weeks 2 & 3

Sejal a busy 23 year old working full time and studying for graduate school finished up weeks 2 & 3 of her E3Live 30 Day Challenge.   She says:  “I see change in myself both physically and mentally.  Taking E3Live is one of the greatest things that has happened to me.  It gives me that random energy I used to use caffeine for.”

Sejal Weeks 2 & 3Watch what Sejal has to say: E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Sejal Weeks 2 & 3 Video

Here is her journal:

Monday – woke up, worked out for 1 hr -cardio and exercise, took Renew me and e3Live brain on shot, I also took my daily multivitamin. In the morning I ate an egg for protein. For lunch, I had a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and very little cheese. It was yummy and made me feel great. I took some more e3Live and was ready and not feeling that 2:30 feeling at all. Throughout the day, I was feeling HAPPY, MOTIVATED, and FOCUSED. I was really able to focus on certain things which normally I would not pay any attention to, I came home, and for dinner I had mixed vegetables and tofu. I then took another shot of e3 Live and got focused to concentration on studying. I went to bed around 11:30, exhausted but knowing that today was very accomplishing!
Tuesday – woke up at 7:30, feeling great and full of energy (not normal since waking up early is def not my thing!) got a quick workout in before work and ate some oatmeal for breakfast. Had 2 shots of e3 live, and 4 capsules of RENEW ME. During lunch – had a tasty salad. In the afternoon hit myself with some e3 live shots to wake me up and give me that afternoon energy I needed. I was feeling extremely productive at this point. Came home and had sautéed vegetables for dinner. After dinner, I took another shot of e3 live.I went for a brisk walk to take in the wonderful weather and went right back to studying for 3 hours straight. After a hard long day, I can’t tell you how hard it is to focus on studying. E3 Live gave me that extra push and focus I needed to get 3 hours of studying in for the day! Called it a night around 11:45.
Wednesday – HUMP DAY! I’d be lying if I told you today was easy getting up. I quickly hydrated myself and took some E3 Live, worked out for an hour doing some cardio and ate a light breakfast. I was back at my daily routine and feeling great! For lunch I had a wrap and some e3 live. Dinner was a breeze with some salad. Again hit the books and went to bed around 11:45.
ThursdayWoke up around 7:45, worked out for 1 hr. Had E3 Life, Renew Me and made myself some juice (spinach, coconut milk, banana and strawberries). Went to work, had a salad for lunch. During lunch, took a break with a co-worker for a brisk walk for about 30 minutes. After work, came home and had some more e3 live finished with dinner with some indian lentil dal and rice. Went to bed around 11:45
Fridaywoke up around 8:00 – did one hour of strength exercise. Had e3 live and oatmeal for breakfast. Had an apple for a snack. For lunch I had tomato basil soup, During a lunch break, went for brisk walk and had another shot of E3 Live. For dinner I had sautee vegetables with noodles. Went to a zumba fitness class at the gym. Studied and went to bed at around 12:30.
Saturday – today was the day for an intense workout – got up in the morning had some e3 live and a breakfast smoothie. Then followed that with a workout at the gym – cardio, weights, and more. I felt the pain – but it felt good! Followed up with a yummy wrap for lunch. After lunch I studied and took a 3PM break with a walk around the neighborhood and some fruits as snacks. I took some more E3 Live and went back to studying. For dinner I had sautee vegetables with a small portion of pasta.
Sundaygetting tired of the daily routine?! Not me, hard work pays off!! I’m really beginning to see the changes within myself – in this one week I have been consuming a lot of vegetables and have E3 Live, I am seeing changes in myself and my body is feeling a lot more toner. I also have a busy schedule daily but I feel like I have such a great amount of energy. Took E3 live 3 times today and had an omelet for breakfast, made a flatbread pizza for lunch and had a salad for dinner.
Monday – this week is all about test prep and focus (exam on Saturday) – work up and had an early morning workout in the gym! Took some E3 live post workout juice. Went to studying and for lunch took a break in the park, went for a nice walk and had some salad for lunch. Took E3 live again in the afternoon this week I am really focused on my calorie intake but did not focus on the foods that I ate. I wanted to make sure that I was ready to take my exam on Saturday which would include me to eats foods that will help me focus and not let me feel tired all day (say goodbye to carbs).
Tuesdaykicked today off with a high intense cardio workout and had some E3 live once in the morning and 2 shots in the afternoon. Feeling PUMPED with that extra shot of e3 this afternoon as well, my brain has never felt so focused.
Wednesday – I was well on my way – i had an intense study schedule the past two weeks, but i was not in any way ready to stop. I was in constant go mode and E3 live was the secret behind that! Had a great Zumba Fitness class today to end my day 🙂
Thursday – Same as Wednesday – 2 shots of E3 Live in the morning and 2 shots during the day. Another zumba class to end the day!
Friday – Last day of studying, ready to kill it with e3 live! Took 2 shots of E3 live in the morning and 1 shot in the afternoon. Ended Friday night with a zumba class and relaxing!
Saturday – Exam day! I was stressed and nervous, when I woke up in the morning I took E3 Live and I have never felt calmer. I was ready to take the exam. Once my exam was done I felt a sigh of relief. E3 live was the secret to my success when studying and preparing to take the exam. I could not have done this without e3 live!
Sunday – Back to reality, time to get on the grind again. Went to the gym for a serious workout and celebrated mother’s day with my mom :). Today I took two shots of e3 live, i was feeling great!
final week thoughts – e3 live has changed me physically and mentally. I don’t see how I have survived without having this staple in my daily routine. I am seeing a change in my body – I am loosing weight, my skin is looking great, and my hair doesn’t fall off the way it used to. Also, I am feeling great mentally, I am a happier more confident person. e3 live has taken a lot of stress away from my body as well. I love this challenge because it has taught me something about myself, I can do whatever I put my mind too. I am excited for the last week of this challenge!

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Simon – Week 1

http://www.E3LiveChallenge.com
Let’s check in with Simon – a 22 year old purchasing manager finishing up Week 1 of his E3Live 30 Day Challenge.  He is taking E3Live BrainON and says “Boom!  I’m on point, my brain just switches……it literally gives you so much energy and concentration I’m ready to go to work!” Simon week 1

Watch Simon’s Week 1 video here: E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Simon Week 1 Video

And here is his journal for Week 1:

Woke up around 9:00AM
Morning/Breakfast
Drink half gallon of water upon rising.
I then immediately 2500 meters as hard as I can with the last 10 minutes being extreme hardcore high-intensity intervals
Meditated for 10 minutes
Stretched for 5 minutes
Pretty drained right now..haven’t ate..only drank water..feel good but tired from the work-out, need to refuel..
Breakfast: I then took 2 shots of thawed E3 Brain on, 2 capsule of renew me
Took 2 MSM capsules, 2 Omega-3 capsule, 2 Turmeric, 4 Maitake Mushroom capsules, 3 Garden of Life men’s live probiotics. 6 grams of spirulina/chlorella 50/50 mix tablets, 1 table spoon of coconut oil and some multi vitamins.
Made a smoothie consisting of 2 carrot, 1 celery stalk, half a beet root, 1 tbsp of cacao nibs, 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
Now I feel like a million bucks and bam energy galore. I feel like I am ready for another 2500 meters..My skin is tingling and my muscles are back on track feeling rejuvenated. My head is straight, I have mad concentration. I feel like taking a written exam but I don’t have one to take. I am ready to go to the beach now!
I went to Newport Beach and checked Balboa, flat and sand is all screwed up. Went to M street and checked the waves and went out and skimmed for 45 minutes, it was alright but nice to get in the water and get some extra exercise in. Finished up and headed to Mothers Market for a juice real quick before yoga.
Lunch: 16 oz of Juice, carrot, beet, chard, ginger, kale with cayenne pepper, downed it and went to go start some bikram yoga.
Bikram Yoga for 90-minutes, I felt so good in the beginning and could feel my skin rushing with blood towards the end. Kept my self motivated with positive friendly thoughts and motivational thoughts like “You got this son”, “Only 6 more postures” “This is butter” (I was really barely making it through the last postures” I was so focused during class though, my eyes were dead on myself in the mirror. I was so focused and in tune with my body that I totally blocked out everything and actually did the wrong pose only to put my head up and find every body in the savasana position while I am doing another posture. Embarrassing but funny. I was so in my zone. Class is done, feel like a million bucks, clean and fresh out of the shower. Time for some grub.
Dinner: 2 portabella mushrooms, 1/2 cup of organic white mushrooms, 1/2 cup of raw organic sauerkraut, 1/2 cup of quinoa.

Nightly Tea: Spring Dragon Gynostemma Tea and Chamomile and Pau D’Arco

Slept at
Trying to keep it light, juice and water with light vegetables to get the body cleansed. Trying to avoid any animal products and heavy foods, trying to keep it light, no sugar, not even fruit so I can deplete my glucose stores and start fresh and start getting my fat burning stores going as my carbohydrate intake is low. I don’t do juice much but I want to cleanse a little and keep it light on the stomach for a couple days.
Fell asleep at approximately 10:45PM

Lunch: Big Kale Salad with cherry tomatoes, half an avocado with apple cider vinegar and lemon dressing.

4:15PM, have 2 cups of Reishi/Green Tea and 2 cups of Gynostemma Spring Dragon Tea.
Work is stressful but if it weren’t for the BrainOn and renewme caps, I wouldn’t be nearly as relaxed as I am coping with the environment of work. All the supplements post lunch boosted my energy and overall vitality. Need to swim for like 45 minutes today as I have been invited to fine sushi dining which I can’t resist. 2-days in a row, bring it on. Zeolites, Chlorella, AFA, BrainOn, and Spirulina for the win as these are factors conjoined when eating sushi or fish to detox and protect my body from the contaminants.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Cindy weeks 2 & 3

Cindy – a 51 year old disabled RN finished weeks 2 and 3 of her E3Live 30 Day Challenge.  Check out her progress!

Day 8.  Still detoxing,  but feeling the effects decreasing. In the morning I had physical therapy for back issues.  The exercises while simple wore me out a bit.  I took a nap today as I was a bit tired.  It was a day to rest up and enjoy the process.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge - CindyDay 9.   Hi E3Live.  I woke up early again.  It seems like lately I am waking up earlier, refreshed.  The products seem to be working better than I expected.  Just being able to wake up without feeling tired and run down is great.  I find myself getting more things done during the day.

Day 10.   Hello, It’s a good morning.  I am waking up with more energy and alertness.  Its easier to get up and get going.  Yea.  Breakfast was a juice made from wheat grass, parsley, Swiss Chard, kale, ginger root, a whole lemon and tangerines juiced.  Lunch was a bowl of blueberries warmed up in the dehydrator with some hemp seed sprinkled on.  Today I worked out to Leslie Sampson.  My legs worked better, my coordination was greatly improved.  My muscles feel looser, easier to move.  I was able to do all the arm movements too.  It’s quite a bit of progress for me.  In all I completed 45 minutes of working out, broken up into one mile segments.  It’s been a very long time since I have been able to do as much exercise.  I feel like I am on cloud nine.  Thank you E3Live.

Day 11.  Well, I over did the exercise.  I am so sorry E3.  I felt so good yesterday that I got in 12,000 steps.  That blew away my record.  But unfortunately it created a setback.  Today I can barely walk and stand.  It’s an unfortunate side effect of having MS.  You do too much and then you pay for several days or weeks.  I don’t know how long it will last, but hopeful not too long.  I sure did enjoy being able to move more.  Next time I will have to work my way up more gradually.  On the positive side my brain is working fairly well.  It took a hit to, my ability to communicate cognitively which goes along with MS.  But it is not as affected as it would of been without the E3 products.

Day 12.  Rest day.  I am still recovering.  I can hardly stand up to prepare foods or move around.  It’s from doing too much the other day.

Day 13.  Rest day.

Day 14.  Rest day.

Day 15.  Improving slightly.  I can stand for longer periods of time to make juice.  Still not much energy or strength.  I upped my dose of E3 to see if I can improve with more.

Day 16.  Improving again.  I am able to get outside again to harvest produce for the juice.  Yippie.  I am still not up to my normal self.  Don’t worry it happens if I do too much movement.  MS is that way.  I am getting around better in the house.  I still have to take it easy.  My body does not allow me to exercise much.  In front of the TV I march a bit as it is all I can do for now.

Day 17.  Wow, how times flies.  Since I had no detox reaction I again increased the dose of the E3Live BrainON.  It is making me feel perkier.  While I still cannot do as much as before which is my fault from overdoing the exercise.  I am improving.  I am able to increase the step count slightly.  I am juicing for two of my meals which is not uncommon and eating dinner.

Day 18.  Can you believe it’s been 18 days on E3 products?  My body and skin look the same, mentally I feel sharper.  My head can get so foggy that it is hard to think to get thoughts out with the MS.  Since E3 I am not having any issues with that.  My step count is remaining steady as I don’t want to push it up higher yet.  My body says to be cautious so I listen.

Day 19.  All is well.  I am enjoying the beautiful spring-like weather.  My quads are feeling a bit stronger so I am doing a little bit of gardening today.  Gardening works out my quads like crazy.  I am taking the E3 twice a day.  I am going through it quickly, but I feel like it is the key to me improving.  It feels like it is improving my ability to get around.  Hopefully you folks don’t mind, but I love the stuff.

Day 20.  I am so happy to have been picked for the E3 contest. I can say the stuff works.  The more you take the better you feel and of course the longer you take it.  The difference is hard to describe, but I am enjoying the effects.  The changes are subtle like improved muscle strength, improved feelings of well-being, improved clarity of thoughts.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Meet Cindy!

Meet Cindy!  She is a 51 disabled RN who will be taking E3Live + BrainON and E3 RenewMe for 30 days.  Cindy wants to improve her health, mobility, cognitive abilities and fitness levels.

Cindy - Challenge

Here is her journal from week one:

Day 1.  Hi Everyone.

I am super thrilled to be part of the E3Live 30 day challenge.

Wow is all I can say.  With a knock on the door the box was left on the front porch.  My precious box had arrived.  It was well insulated and packed with loads of goodies.  I received DVDs, a book, magnets, a shot glass, a few bottles of E3Live and Renew Me!  It was like Christmas.  It left me feeling teary eyed that I was picked.

Defrosting my week’s supply of E3Live was quick and painless.  My first dose was a tablespoon.  It left me perky, energized, feeling rather alert like I had a cup of coffee.  I love starting my day off with E3Live.  I am the kind of person who notices changes rapidly.  If I eat something good my body reacts positively.  My body enjoys the E3Live.  Its a good fit.   If I consume something that disagrees with my system such as MSG or other things that I am sensitive to, my body crashes big time.

My diet is vegan, mostly raw food.  A typical day starts off with a quart of green juice that meets most of the RDA and is packed with protein.  Lunch often is often some fruit with chopped nuts, maybe a green salad with lemon on top.  Dinner is usually light.  Sometimes more juice or a raw food meal, it just depends on how I feel.

Goals.  While I would love to loose weight, it is so challenging.  My body hangs on to it.  I tend to go for walks daily as my exercise or do a workout DVD at home.  My workouts are challenging for me as I have multiple sclerosis.  It makes it challenging as to the duration of the workouts and intensity.  I don’t let the diagnosis hold me back, instead I eat in the optimal way for my body and workout to the best of my ability.

Mostly I want to see how adding E3Live Brain on and the Renew Me will make me feel.  I want to see if I feel more alive, alert, if I can do more.

Day 2.  I wake up and head to the fridge wanting my dose of E3Live.  Down the hatch it goes.  I drink it straight as the flavor isn’t bad.  It makes my brain feel alert, ready for the day.  I don’t drink coffee and I try to avoid caffeine so E3 Alive Brain on is my morning pick-me-up.

Tomorrow I would like to increase the dose, adding in another tablespoon in the afternoon.  I would like to see if it keeps me from hitting the afternoon slump.

Day 3.  I have added in a afternoon dose of the E3 Live.  My energy feels a bit steady.  My mind is alert into the evening.

Day 4.  I wake up feeling tired.  I am not sure what is up other than maybe I am detoxing a bit.  I just don’t feel 100%.  It’s not bad, just a bit weaker, more fatigue, and a bit of dizziness.  Hopefully it will pass soon.  My body feels less stiffness.  I think perhaps the Renew Me is helping to decrease the muscle spasicity or stiffness that goes along with MS.  Sometimes when I stand up from sitting before the E3 challenge, my muscles would stiffen up.  I would have to stand still waiting for them to loosen up before I could move.  It feels like my muscles are looser.  It’s easier to stand up and walk around without the pause as often.  My back feels looser.  It was injured a few years ago when a MD did emergency surgery on me for a different medical issue.  He triggered something or injured something in my back.   It’s been acting up ever since.   It feels a bit looser easier to move.

Day 5.  Still detoxing.  Today I am treating my body with patience and compassion.  It’s time to soak in the sunshine and do gentle exercise, while I wait for the detox to pass.  I don’t mind the detox.  It’s good knowing my body is flushing out stuff I need to get rid of.  When my mother was pregnant with me I was exposed to horrible toxins.  Through my life I unknowingly was exposed to chemicals.  It feels like they are being released, thank goodness.

Day 6.  I wake up early at dawn, early enough to watch the beautiful sunrise.  My body CRAVES BrainON.  When I wake up, I automatically go the the kitchen to get my fix.  All is well.  I feel good.  The detox is releasing it’s hold on me.

Day 7.  Good Morning, I feel alert again when I wake up.  The detox symptoms are minimal.  I am going to hold my dose at 1 T. twice a day for a bit before I increase it again.  It feels good to be back to my usual and maybe a bit more.  Today I started doing Project Hope workout.  It’s a beginner 20 min. workout which I broke up into two segments.  Yes, I know I am out of shape. I have been working out for several years, but it’s been tough to make any progress when your battling a disease that messes with your physical strength.  I do the best I can. In addition to this workout I am doing exercises that my physical therapist has me doing.  I am also out doing small bits of gardening off and on during the day as my body tolerates.  My legs are a little bit stronger.  I can bend over a bit longer pulling weeds.
