Saturday-Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around 1pm. When I take a RenewMe capsules, they give me the boost I need to get through the afternoon! Sunday- Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around noon. Monday- Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around 1pm.
Tuesday- Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around 1pm Wednesday- Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around 12:30pm Thursday- Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around 1:30pm Friday-Took 3 RenewMe capsules with lunch around 1:30pm Saturday-I have been very consistent this week taking 3 RenewMe capsults with lunch and loving it! HOW I FELT PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY:
Saturday-Feeling good! Sunday-Feeling great! Monday-Speedy recoveries after I work out! I love it! Tuesday-OMG! I am excited about life! Wednesday-Feeling RENEWED! Thursday-I had an all day committee meeting today and usually these meetings wear me out to the point I can hardly move when they are over. Not this time! When the meeting was over I had some extra energy to spare………..I owe it all to E3Live…Oh yes!! Friday-What can I say….feeling great! Saturday-Today I started my day EARLY with lots of running around and chores to take care of. Thank God for the E3Live products that got me through! Sunday – I feel like a RENEWED WOMAN! I am approaching the last day of this 30 day challenge and I feel amazing! I am stronger with a new level of energy, I am sleeping so much better, my bowel movements are with ease (TMI), getting lots of compliments on my skin, mental clarity and everything just feels right and on point!
ANY NOTICEABLE CHANGES:
For the entire week, I HAVE BEEN FEELING AMAZING LATELY……….wonder why…LOL!

MY DIET:
I am very happy to say I am down 4 pds from when I started this challenge. I haven’t measured myself but I’m sure I’ve lost some inches. My appetite did change. I was getting fuller quicker than usual which made me eat smaller portions. Overall, I am a RENEWED WOMAN with a RENEWED outlook on life!

DIARY
MONDAY
Jen – Trying to feel good and positive about the week ahead but not too much energy. I pushed myself through a gym class but a little flat today.

Gaby – Working most of the day and good eating. Did a workout at the end of the day, felt good but I still have a headache. Slept well.

TUESDAY
Jen – First thing – XY class at the gym and a better start to the day. Energy has arrived and I feel good.
Gaby – Normal working day, light eating, work out at the end of the day, headache still there but getting lighter, not as heavy as last week.  I am stopping taking my multi-vitamin to see if that makes a difference.
WEDNESDAY
Jen – So today I noticed something pretty amazing and I am very keen to see if it stays… I have always suffered a little from anxiety and nervous feelings – they have just suddenly seemed to disappear. Even when faced with situations that would normally have my heart and mind racing, I am super-calm (but not complacent)… Fabulous news. Enjoyed a lovely Raw lunch and walk on the beach – great way to break up the day.
Gaby – Headache almost gone, took an easy day and went for a walk. Did a gym strength class and a run. Feeling better.
THURSDAY
Jen – Today eating went well and started a planned long-over due office clean out/set up! Also got on top of a lot of tasks that have been bugging me – very calm and nice focus – yay!
Gaby – Went to meet an old friend at Santa Rosa, she was staying at a vineyard and we did some wine tastings and very good food and fresh air. I didn’t take my Brain On but I had Renew Me. Off diet day. No headache.
FRIDAY
Jen –  I tackled my entire office – all sorted and clean – excellent focus – something that I have never really had before – and I didn’t once feel like I was hating or fed-up with what I was doing (which I usually would have)… Good eating again today and plenty of exercise at home with cleaning out!
Gaby – Still at Santa Rosa, another easy lazy day. Eating well, no exercise and just Renew Me. Sleep a bit average.
SATURDAY
Jen – Not much sleep, lots of energy and feeling good this morning. Yoga at the beach and cleaning the house – feeling energised and happy.
Gaby – Had Renew Me in the morning and set to travel back to LA. No exercise, easy day with reading and relaxing. Good night’s sleep.
SUNDAY
Jen – Spin class this morning and then a day off. Lovely healthy salad lunch and raw dessert treat. Nice to spend time in the sun and at the beach, feeling calm, positive, energetic, happy and focussed.
Gaby – Healthy day with beach run in the morning. I really pushed myself. Good breakfast, back to Brain On and Renew Me. Good lunch and good light dinner. Still no headache and I am not taking multi-vitamins. Will try again next week to see the result.

Woke up around 9:00AM
Morning/Breakfast
Drink half gallon of water upon rising.
I then immediately 2500 meters as hard as I can with the last 10 minutes being extreme hardcore high-intensity intervals
Meditated for 10 minutes
Stretched for 5 minutes
Pretty drained right now..haven’t ate..only drank water..feel good but tired from the work-out, need to refuel..
Breakfast: I then took 2 shots of thawed E3 Brain on, 2 capsule of renew me
Took 2 MSM capsules, 2 Omega-3 capsule, 2 Turmeric, 4 Maitake Mushroom capsules, 3 Garden of Life men’s live probiotics. 6 grams of spirulina/chlorella 50/50 mix tablets, 1 table spoon of coconut oil and some multi vitamins.
Made a smoothie consisting of 2 carrot, 1 celery stalk, half a beet root, 1 tbsp of cacao nibs, 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
Now I feel like a million bucks and bam energy galore. I feel like I am ready for another 2500 meters..My skin is tingling and my muscles are back on track feeling rejuvenated. My head is straight, I have mad concentration. I feel like taking a written exam but I don’t have one to take. I am ready to go to the beach now!
I went to Newport Beach and checked Balboa, flat and sand is all screwed up. Went to M street and checked the waves and went out and skimmed for 45 minutes, it was alright but nice to get in the water and get some extra exercise in. Finished up and headed to Mothers Market for a juice real quick before yoga.
Lunch: 16 oz of Juice, carrot, beet, chard, ginger, kale with cayenne pepper, downed it and went to go start some bikram yoga.
Bikram Yoga for 90-minutes, I felt so good in the beginning and could feel my skin rushing with blood towards the end. Kept my self motivated with positive friendly thoughts and motivational thoughts like “You got this son”, “Only 6 more postures” “This is butter” (I was really barely making it through the last postures” I was so focused during class though, my eyes were dead on myself in the mirror. I was so focused and in tune with my body that I totally blocked out everything and actually did the wrong pose only to put my head up and find every body in the savasana position while I am doing another posture. Embarrassing but funny. I was so in my zone. Class is done, feel like a million bucks, clean and fresh out of the shower. Time for some grub.
Dinner: 2 portabella mushrooms, 1/2 cup of organic white mushrooms, 1/2 cup of raw organic sauerkraut, 1/2 cup of quinoa.

Nightly Tea: Spring Dragon Gynostemma Tea and Chamomile and Pau D’Arco

Slept at
Trying to keep it light, juice and water with light vegetables to get the body cleansed. Trying to avoid any animal products and heavy foods, trying to keep it light, no sugar, not even fruit so I can deplete my glucose stores and start fresh and start getting my fat burning stores going as my carbohydrate intake is low. I don’t do juice much but I want to cleanse a little and keep it light on the stomach for a couple days.
Fell asleep at approximately 10:45PM

Tuesday 4/21

Wake up around 7:30AM.  Waking up was easy but my body needed rest from the long day prior.

Breakfast: Drink half gallon of water upon rising, took probiotics, omega-3’s and vitamin D3 (Since I will be at work). 1 shot or BrianOn and then went to work.

Had a cup of chia seeds, cacao nibs and zeolites mixed in a cup. approximately 2 tablespoons of each. Very satisfying.

Went to Mother’s Market, got another juice. Carrot, Ginger, Beet, Chard, Cucumber.
Got 1/4 lb of kale and a cup of peas. Ate it, delicious.

Had 1 cup of Gynostemma and Reishi/Green Tea for post lunch / early afternoon.

Took 2 capsule of renew me. Went to the beach, skimmed for 1-hour.

Craving seafood so I gave in and had a Whole maine lobster then I went an ate 1.5 lbs of steamed Alaskan King Crabs THEN I ate 3 cups of lentil soup, 1 cup of quinoa and a plethora of like 3 cups of Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.Did approximately 500 push ups spread out throughout the day.Went to sleep at 11:00PM.
Wednesday 4/22
Wake up at 7:23AM – I feel great, waking up is much easier. My body is slowly getting more in tune with the circadian rhythms and thedetoxing and eating clean while exercising is keeping my mind nice and clear, no waking up foggy.Breakfast: Drink half gallon of water upon rising, took probiotics, omega-3’s and vitamin D3 (Since I will be at work). 5 grams of Spirulina and Chlorella. 1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen then took 1 shot of Brain on and then went to work eating 2 celery stalks.
Took 2 renew capsules at 10:00AM, Ate my chia seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs and zeolites mixed in a cup, 2 table spoons of each.
Lunch: I had a big bowl green cabbage like 6 cups and half an avocado with Apple cider vinegar.
Had Gynostemma Tea and Reishi/Green tea for post lunch  / early afternoon.
Went home, swam 65 laps in my pool as hard as I can, approximately 29 minutes, did some sit ups and push ups then went to bikram yoga and did bikram for 90 minutes.
Dinner: 1 cup of raw saukraut, 3 cups of lentil soup, 2 cups of quinoa, 2 cups of potabella mushrooms and white mushrooms, handfuls of cilantro.
Late night snack: Had some frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, blue berries, blackberries and raspberries.
Did approximately 500 push ups spread out throughout the day.
Slept at 11:00AM
Thursday 4/24
Woke up feeling really clean and good, energized. Much more than last night. Woke up around 7:27AM.
Breakfast: Drank half a gallon of water upon rising, took probiotics, omega-3’s and vitamin D3, 5 grams of spirulina and chlorella, was rushing so didn’t have time to thaw BrainOn but took 2 capsule of renew me, I feel great, had 2 celery stalks to go.
10:00AM, Had the “oatmeal” concoction, chia seeds, goji, cacao.
Lunch: 6 cups red cabbage, 1 whole avocado with lemon and apple cider vinegar.
Took some ashwgandha, pine pollen, cistanche, cacao powder, nettle root powder, maca and agaricus mushroom.
Had Green/Reishi Tea and Gynostemma
Went home, took 2 shots of BrainOn and 1 tbsp of bee pollen, super rejuvenated now from work and swam 70 laps in my pool, approximately 35 minutes as hard as I can, did some push ups and sit ups with stretching.
Dinner: Had “dolma” which are grape leaves but use quinoa inside instead of traditional dolmas, had bowl of boiled beets. Craving sushi and gave in, got sashimi sushi. 1 pint of coconut gluten-free lactose-free arctic zero ice cream. Had like 8 loquats.
Did around 500 push ups throughout the day.Slept at 12:00AM
Friday 4/25
Woke up at 7:40AM. Feel tired but good since I didn’t get as much sleep as usual.Breakfast: Drank half a gallon of water upon rising,  took probiotics, omega-3’s and vitamin D3, 5 grams of spirulina and chlorella. Took 3 shots of BrainOn and 2 renew me, this made a drastic difference in my energy. I don’t feel sluggish anymore and my mind is on ready to go mode, I also ate 6-8 loquats.
10:00AM, Had the “oatmeal” concoction, chia seeds, goji, cacao with zeolites mixed in.
Lunch: Big Kale Salad with cherry tomatoes, half an avocado with apple cider vinegar and lemon dressing.
Post Lunch around 1:00PM had handfulls of goji berries and cacao nibs. I also had 1 tsp of each of the following powders; Pine Pollen, Cistanche, Nettle Root, Maca, Cacao, Tribulus and Mucuna.
3:45PM took 2 renew capsules, 2 reishi capsules, 4 multi-vitamins. Feel much more energized. Feeling really hungry through, it’s like my metabolism is ripping through everything I eat. Time for some tea.
4:15PM, have 2 cups of Reishi/Green Tea and 2 cups of Gynostemma Spring Dragon Tea.
Work is stressful but if it weren’t for the BrainOn and renewme caps, I wouldn’t be nearly as relaxed as I am coping with the environment of work. All the supplements post lunch boosted my energy and overall vitality. Need to swim for like 45 minutes today as I have been invited to fine sushi dining which I can’t resist. 2-days in a row, bring it on. Zeolites, Chlorella, AFA, BrainOn, and Spirulina for the win as these are factors conjoined when eating sushi or fish to detox and protect my body from the contaminants.
Decided to switch it up. Went to the gym, wow. Ran 2 miles under 15 minutes then went to go do lift weights. Decided to play some basketball so I went and shot some baskets for like 20-minutes, went to weight room and did weights for 20-30 minutes.
Dinner: Sushi again.. Didn’t eat a lot but had some nigiri sushi.
Late night: Arctic Zero Coconut Ice-Cream and like 20 dates. Not the best finish.
Saturday 4/26
 
Breakfast: Drank half a gallon of water upon rising, probiotics, chlorella, spirulina, took 2 renew me and 2 shots of BrainOn. Feel good and super energized. Took omega-3 and some coconut oil.
Bikram Yoga at 11:00AM for 90-minutes
Had a elixir with pine pollen, cistanche, nettle, camu camu, coffee bean extract, coconut water, cacao nibs, cacao powder, goji berries, chia seeds and frozen strawberries.
Went to The Raw Food World lecture and event in LA, had some macaroons, laughing giraffes macaroons.
Dinner; You guessed it sushi, not the best sushi but it was good. Went home, you guessed it, Arctic Zero Ice Cream and like 25 dates. Alright day…Not the best.
Sunday 4/27
Breakfast: Half a gallon of water upon rising, 3 shots of Brain on and 1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen.
150 push ups, 300 sit ups, swam for 24 minutes as hard as I can.
Did some yoga and stretching.
Post work out; Coffee enema. Took 2 renew me capsules, turmeric, coconut oil, probiotics and omega-3.
Popped tablespoons directly in mouth of pine pollen, cistanche, nettle and cacao.
Went to Bikram yoga at 4:30-6:00PM

Dinner: Bowl of quinoa, amaranth, chia seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries, cinammon. Then I had another bowl of 2 cups of quinoa and 1 small avocado mashed and mixed in and cacao nibs mixed in with some lemon dressing.

MONDAY

Jen – Good eating begins and the Brain On tastes healthy!
Gaby – First day, feels good and energized. Did a big X-terrain workout in the evening, feeling powerful, exhausted and good sleeping at the end of the day.
TUESDAY
PRODUCTS: 1 Shot BrainOn in Water, 2 RenewMe Capsules
Jen – So far, so good. Fabulous gym session this morning. XY – it’s a killer. I will get fit and healthy on this challenge!! My goal is to do all of the push-ups without resorting to my knees!
Gaby – Trying to drink a lot more water and eating smaller meals, closer together. I think this diet will be good for the 30 days. I am trying to stop feeling lethargic from my usual regime of a couple of big meals.
WEDNESDAY
PRODUCTS: 1 Shot BrainOn in Water, 2 RenewMe Capsules
Jen – Big Headache this morning, Persevered with Morning Walk on the Beach and Protein Day. A bit blaagh, but I know that can happen when you change your routine.
Gaby – Great running in the morning, lots of energy. Eating better. Finishing my meals before 9pm.
THURSDAY

Jen – Protein and Greens, early gym class – feeling renewed and full of energy.
Gaby – Headache today. Took it easy and chilled out. Had some painkillers for my head. Not much eating today, not feeling good.

Jen – Protein Only, 1kg down – YAY! Lots of water.
Gaby – Felling a bit better today. Headache still here but not as severe, trying to decide whether this has to do with my diet or water. Did a workout in the evening.
SATURDAY

Jen – Easter at a Vineyard – some soul-food today with wine tastings, laughter and restaurant menu – made good choices though – fresh cold-cuts platter and salad. Oh, and dessert!! So much sweet!
Gaby – Easter Winery afternoon. Wine tastings, good walk and good food. Feel like I have overeaten a lot. Headache seems to have gone.
SUNDAY
PRODUCTS: 2 RenewMe Capsules

Jen – A few Easter Eggs and a family Easter Brunch and Lunch – tried to make good choices – healthy Loxs Bagel, coffee and fresh fruit.
Gaby – Good meals but didn’t sleep well last night, I think due to excessive amount of sugar/chocolate! No headaches. Good late afternoon walk. Day off diet today.

I woke up at the crack of Dawn for my 6 am class!!
I have my BRAINON TO THANK…..
seriously this would not be possible!!
Kept me going I have a busy day today …tomorrow is a friends Birthday and therefore in between my classes I must go and get cake and food !! I also Had a Doctors appointment…. You see while we where building out my Studio I sliced my foot, me being the baby I am with needles I refused to go and get stitches….and me being so determined I managed to work out and teach on my bad sliced DEEP toe…well it wasn’t healing as quick,and everyone was fearful of infections…..call me crazy BUT since I started taking the E3Live Brainon….the deep cut that hadn’t healed in 3 weeks all of a sudden was finally closing….at first I thought it was in my head….but literally in 6 days the inflammation went down and the Cut FINALLY closed…..When I went to the doctor he couldn’t believe in the last 9 days since he saw me how much different it looked!! and of course NO INFECTION!!  YAY!!!
AS usual I took my Renewme before lunch which holds me up pretty well not to overeat!!
TUESDAY DAY 9
Took my Brain On in the morning!! Taught class
came home prepared food and cake for my friends Birthday lunch!!
I forgot to take my Renewme before lunch.
so when the cake came out…….. Yes it was ugly….i dove in and didn’t come up for air!!
UGH i’m going to HATE myself tomorrow!!
I had ok energy for my evening class
Wednesday
CRASH AND BURN
I FELT very sick this morning!!!
Had my BrainOn and Green smoothie to “balance” out the bad I put into my body yesterday!!!
It was a very hard LONG day
the Renew me and the shot of BrainOn in the afternoon helped allot!!!! I had to teach and then go pick up my best friend from the air port who came to visit me!!

Thursday

Happy Birthday To me !!! My Best friend  and I woke up  made some Green juice and drank my Birthday Shot of E3Live BrainOn!!
 Times have changed 🙂
I Have a LONG day ahead of me so those two things kept me nice and energetic!!
Had gluten Free Birthday Cake in the evening!!
Friday
4 am wake up call  for 6 am Thavma Yoga!!!  Took my E3Live Brainon and off we went!!! Had a very Carb Over load eating day today ( i must say because of all the Birthdays this month, it doesn’t look like I will kick my sugar habit so easily like I want!!!)
even had cheese free Pizza today.(basically bread sauce and veggies).. OH NO
Saturday
OH the Pizza foggy Haze the next day!!! THIS is brutal!!! Its unbelievable what gluten can do to you…and although it tastes yummy at the time of eating it, the things it does to your body are horrific…..I get this brain fog the next day and days after and my joints ache and are stiff and of course the Tummy Bloat,all of which are a DEADLY mix when  practicing Yoga in a Hot room …I know my practice will suffer today!!
I took BrainOn before I taught ….the haze and Fog cleared IMMEDIATELY when i took it!!
and Renew me before I practiced ….PERFECT I was able to do my practice with less pain then I normally would have had after such gluttony!!
Success I was able to go through out my day feeling some what normal!!!

Easter/Birthday Celebration
I had my closest friends over for Easter And Birthday Celebration!!
Which means 5 Bottles of Champagne, some wonderful canapés ,and great conversation outside by the lake!!
I knew as we finished that Final Bottle that tomorrow was going to be pain full, but it has been a great day!!

Monday
OH the PAIN !!!!!  4 am wake up for 6 am class!!!
I don’t know if I can do this!!!! Many times I thought I couldn’t!!
So Thankful for my E3Live BrainON!!! It gave me the boost i needed to teach that class….but i have 3 more classes after this and the possibilities of me surviving are Slim!!  I guess I was wrong though, I took a couple more BrainOn shots then usual and my Renew me and  I went through my day, yes struggling Physically but mentally I was able to give 100% to my students like they deserve!! Just because I celebrated Yesterday doesn’t mean they need to suffer through a bad class because of that!!  THANK YOU E3LIVE BRAIN ON!!!!
By my 6 pm class I had even beaten the head ache and Tummy ache Champagne day after affects!! and I was able to give them 110% , I think I was even a little TOO energetic in class , keeping them a wee bit longer in the postures then normal 🙂   !!!

E3LIVE 30 DAY CHALLENGE – DAILY JOURNAL  journal for week of: April 12th – 18th

Saturday, April 12th    – Day 15.  This is the day the Lord has made and I am rejoicing! Today is my 55 birthday and I am excited and very grateful in my heart! Another year means another chance to live life to its fullest and healthiest! I don’t think I have to tell you that my ‘birth-day’ started with a shot of E3Live BrainOn because that’s what I’ve been doing for the past 2 weeks and that’s not changing. I am assured this E3Live shot will give me the burst of energy I am going to need to celebrate this fabulously blessed day! To give you the clip notes of my amazing birthday, I spent the entire day with my awesome husband and daughter being pampered and getting my way. This day was an amazing day and I was able to hang out beyond my usual time limits and was not tired.
I forgot to mention in other post that I have been sleeping like a baby. I know for a fact that is due to this product. In the past my sleeping habits were not the best but I am proud to say…’I have been getting some good night sleeps lately”…..THANK YOU E3LIVE!
Sunday, April 13th    – Day 16
Ahhh………I still believe good things come on a Sunday morning! Woke up bright and early for morning prayer and guess what was first on my palate…..yep…….had a shot of E3Live! This was a continuation of my birthday celebration so my eating wasn’t the best this weekend. But my energy level was off the chains! As always, still taking my ReNewMe capsules with lunch. I’m loving it!
I did something I usually don’t do on Sundays but today I took a bootcamp class at my trial membership health club. I was so pumped it was actually unbelievable! One funny thing happened was that my husband was wiped out after the class and I was ready to take another class. That was awesome and all due to this product!
Monday,April 14th –Day17
6:30am – now I need my E3Live shot from all the celebrating….lol! Back to work!
Went for a 30 minute brisk walk for lunch and wish I had another hour to spare. Took my 2 RenewMe capsules after my walk along with lunch. My eating is still not it’s best cause co-workers are bringing me cookies and cakes and I can’t be rude. I have to eat them….wink!wink. I have noticed a little that my appetite has changes. I get full fast. And I know that will eventually work for my good so I’m okay with that.

Tuesday, April 15th    – Day 18
5am – took my shot of E3Live straight this morning before my 5:30 cycling class! This cycling instructor is not punk so I need my E3 shot just to keep up. Can I just say this E3Live product SHOWS UP AND SHOWS OUT in whatever I’m attempting to do. Yes and Amen!
Starting my 55th year of life on this 30 day challenge is an answered prayer guys! I had a moment of wondering what would I be feeling like if I wasn’t on this 30 day challenge…..my answer: Life is too short to think about the ‘what ifs’, I am living in the moment and loving every minute of it! Got to keep it movin’ my friends
Wednesday, April 16th    – Day 19
5am – had 2 shots of E3Live this morning right before my cycling class. BAM! I was jamming in cycling class this morning. Once again E3Live to the rescue. My recovery time far exceeds my expectations.
Wish I could say the same for my eating…….! Today was my 6th birthday lunch with a good friend. Since I’ve been on this challenge, I’ve lost 3 pds so I can only pray that I don’t gain anything.
I am having a fabulous day. I am starting to hear comments such as, “your skin is so nice, slow down you are so hyped”. I promise you I have so much energy that I can’t believe I just turned 55 years young!
Thursday, April 17th    – Day 20
5am – took my shot of E3Live straight before my morning 3 mile run/walk! It took my body the first mile before E3Live kicked in but when it did, I was ready to go! This is a happy time in my life.
A surprise to myself……………..I worked out again afterwork and I was NOT tired! Once again, E3Live has shown up and showed off for meYay!
Friday, April 18th    – Day 21
I am ending my 3rd week excited and amazed at how something so simple can do so much! Speaking of E3Live that is! I am noticing a decrease in my appetite for sweets and junk food. I get full fast once I start eating. It took 3 weeks but it’s happening and I’m happy
I must say since I started the 30 day challenge, this has been my BEST WEEK so far!

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Cindy weeks 2 & 3

Cindy – a 51 year old disabled RN finished weeks 2 and 3 of her E3Live 30 Day Challenge.  Check out her progress!

Day 8.  Still detoxing,  but feeling the effects decreasing. In the morning I had physical therapy for back issues.  The exercises while simple wore me out a bit.  I took a nap today as I was a bit tired.  It was a day to rest up and enjoy the process.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge - CindyDay 9.   Hi E3Live.  I woke up early again.  It seems like lately I am waking up earlier, refreshed.  The products seem to be working better than I expected.  Just being able to wake up without feeling tired and run down is great.  I find myself getting more things done during the day.

Day 10.   Hello, It’s a good morning.  I am waking up with more energy and alertness.  Its easier to get up and get going.  Yea.  Breakfast was a juice made from wheat grass, parsley, Swiss Chard, kale, ginger root, a whole lemon and tangerines juiced.  Lunch was a bowl of blueberries warmed up in the dehydrator with some hemp seed sprinkled on.  Today I worked out to Leslie Sampson.  My legs worked better, my coordination was greatly improved.  My muscles feel looser, easier to move.  I was able to do all the arm movements too.  It’s quite a bit of progress for me.  In all I completed 45 minutes of working out, broken up into one mile segments.  It’s been a very long time since I have been able to do as much exercise.  I feel like I am on cloud nine.  Thank you E3Live.

Day 11.  Well, I over did the exercise.  I am so sorry E3.  I felt so good yesterday that I got in 12,000 steps.  That blew away my record.  But unfortunately it created a setback.  Today I can barely walk and stand.  It’s an unfortunate side effect of having MS.  You do too much and then you pay for several days or weeks.  I don’t know how long it will last, but hopeful not too long.  I sure did enjoy being able to move more.  Next time I will have to work my way up more gradually.  On the positive side my brain is working fairly well.  It took a hit to, my ability to communicate cognitively which goes along with MS.  But it is not as affected as it would of been without the E3 products.

Day 12.  Rest day.  I am still recovering.  I can hardly stand up to prepare foods or move around.  It’s from doing too much the other day.

Day 13.  Rest day.

Day 14.  Rest day.

Day 15.  Improving slightly.  I can stand for longer periods of time to make juice.  Still not much energy or strength.  I upped my dose of E3 to see if I can improve with more.

Day 16.  Improving again.  I am able to get outside again to harvest produce for the juice.  Yippie.  I am still not up to my normal self.  Don’t worry it happens if I do too much movement.  MS is that way.  I am getting around better in the house.  I still have to take it easy.  My body does not allow me to exercise much.  In front of the TV I march a bit as it is all I can do for now.

Day 17.  Wow, how times flies.  Since I had no detox reaction I again increased the dose of the E3Live BrainON.  It is making me feel perkier.  While I still cannot do as much as before which is my fault from overdoing the exercise.  I am improving.  I am able to increase the step count slightly.  I am juicing for two of my meals which is not uncommon and eating dinner.

Day 18.  Can you believe it’s been 18 days on E3 products?  My body and skin look the same, mentally I feel sharper.  My head can get so foggy that it is hard to think to get thoughts out with the MS.  Since E3 I am not having any issues with that.  My step count is remaining steady as I don’t want to push it up higher yet.  My body says to be cautious so I listen.

Day 19.  All is well.  I am enjoying the beautiful spring-like weather.  My quads are feeling a bit stronger so I am doing a little bit of gardening today.  Gardening works out my quads like crazy.  I am taking the E3 twice a day.  I am going through it quickly, but I feel like it is the key to me improving.  It feels like it is improving my ability to get around.  Hopefully you folks don’t mind, but I love the stuff.

Day 20.  I am so happy to have been picked for the E3 contest. I can say the stuff works.  The more you take the better you feel and of course the longer you take it.  The difference is hard to describe, but I am enjoying the effects.  The changes are subtle like improved muscle strength, improved feelings of well-being, improved clarity of thoughts.

WEEK 2

Day 8

photo-1Tuesday, April 8: Another busy Tuesday for me. However, I’m feeling very energized. Got up, too my E3Renew Me!, taught class, went to work and took my shot of BrainON. Around 2:30, I got REALLY REALLY tired. I wanted to run out and go buy some of the luscious Easter candy that has been around EVERYWHERE. I wish something healthy like spinach or kale would be round in our faces rather than this sugary candy. Oh, well. I decided when I get this urge at 2:30 I would mix my BrainON with some carrot juice. It WORKED. I was able to gain clarity and my urge for white chocolate kinda just went away!

 

Day 9

Wednesday, April 9 – Woke up, took E3RenewMe!, drank water, ran hills….3 miles. Feel FABULOUS. Off to work! No urges today. Excited to hit a 7:30pm Lava class at Fire Shaper Hot Yoga. Yup! I stayed there until 9:30pm and practiced my handstands! YEAH!

 

Day 10

Thursday, April 10 – Ooops, missed my alarm. Maybe partying at the yoga studio and doing handstands had something to do with it? Meh….being hard on myself. E3RenewMe! And I did two shots of E3Live BrainOn. My shots, I’ve increased. I need a lot of focus during my day. All I do is sit sit sit. It brings me down a bit. Taught my yoga class tonight with my ladies at American Woman Fitness Center. I had 12 ladies. Loving the love!

 

Day 11

Friday, April 11 – Alarm, up, E3Live RenewME! Weeeeeee! Hot Yoga at Fire Shaper at 6:30am. Yup, on fire and feeling fabulous! My shots of E3Live BrainON, I’m taking about 2-3oz. I feel so focused and wonderful! The other thing I noticed is my hair, skin, and nails. VERY healthy! Not bad for 43!?!? I’ve always taken good care of my skin and I feel like by taking E3Live products it gives me such a healthy glow!

Day 12

Saturday, April 12 – Ouch…..the wine last night gave me a headache. It didn’t stop me from staying on my routine though. I am determined to keep on track. Many times I think when we’re not feeling so great, we fall off the wagon. So, I still took my E3Live RenewME! and made sure I took my 2 shots of BrainON today. However, I ate a half a back of these chips. I couldn’t stop. I was bored. I had such a GREAT day at the gym. I taught my willPower&grace class. Feeling good except for the mini-headache. Then, the later part of the day, I couldn’t stop eating these chips. I had nothing to do so I dove into the bag like no one’s business! Ugh!

Day 13

Sunday, April 13 – Ok, so I woke up feeling so great that I took a hot yoga class before teaching my Barre Shaper class at Fire Shaper. I woke up around 6am, took my E3Live RenewMe! I proceeded to do some house work (cleaned the bathroom….UGH!) and I ate wonderful raw breakfast…..oats, ground flax & chia seeds, organic wild blueberries, organic coconut, raw honey, dash of cinnamon, and some almond/coconut (unsweetened) milk. Then, I had a 3oz shot of my BrainOn. Breakfast feast it was!

Day 14

Monday, April 14 – So, when I got up, I realized that I finished that bag of chips I started on Saturday. Check out my video. I’ll explain. In two days, I ate a bag of chips. The serving for this bag is 12, not a great thing on my part. Not stopping me though. I still woke up, drank water and had my E3Live RenewMe!, and went for my 3 mile run. The day itself was awesome. I am about up to 4oz of E3Live BrainON. I took the shot with my carrot juice. I feel really good. Oh! I lost 1.5lbs. That’s a step. I thought I would have been horribly bloated from the chips.

Summary of my second week: Although I did have some slips with my eating, I didn’t let it get me down. I am determined to still enjoy myself with a glass of wine, maybe trim the amount of chips, and stay on a good routine. Now, the weekends are tough so I am going to try to get a better handle on my eating habits on the weekends. Happy as heck! Peace out…..Namaste!
