Saturday, April 5th – Day 8

WOW! I am super excited I made it through my first week. I have to share with you that it was a bit challenging week. My body detoxed for about 4 days and then I got a really bad cold that I felt almost took me to another bad level. In reality, I believe it was all related to the detoxing but I’m so new to this, I couldn’t really say that with any certainty.photo-3

I’m going to journal a little different this week. I am really geared up this week and believing for some wonderful experiences so my journaling in tell a story! Woke up EARLY this morning, still feeling weak from the detox, but went straight for the E3Live with no hesitation and downed a shot glass quickly. Still adjusting to the taste but I do know what’s good for you may not always taste good to you. I am participating in my church’s running club so I went to a meeting at 7am and couldn’t wait to share with some of the runners the good news about what I’m doing with E3Live and the challenge.

I usually eat more relaxed on the weekends but I’m finding that my system is not having some of the junk food I want to give it. So I’m okay with that (I think)! It’s forcing me to eat healthier. Took my 2 RenewMe capsules after lunch. I did rest most of the day because I’m still working on something with my body.

Sunday, April 6th – Day 9

Ahhhhh………good things come on a Sunday morning! Woke up bright and early for morning prayer and to prepare for church and wouldn’t you know it…….had a shot of E3Live. It’s becoming an important part of my morning routine now. In my opinion this is the routine among routines to have. I’m slowing gaining back my strength and starting to feel okay again. Nothing different about my Sunday. It’s usually a low key day. I love my low key days because some times that is just what I need. Took my 2 RenewMe capsules after lunch.

Monday, April 7th – Day 10

6am – I mixed a shot glass full of E3Live with my kale and berries smoothie……yum! yum! It’s amazing how the E3Live blends in and adds a very unique and healthy taste to an already amazing drink! I love it.

Went for a 30 minute brisk walk for lunch and felt energized and pumped up afterwards. Took my 2 RenewMe capsules after my walk along with lunch. I baked some chicken for dinner and tossed a leafy green salad to go with it. I thought I’d be really hungry after that because it just seems wrong to not have a cookie or something sweet on the side but to my surprise, I was full! And that was it for my start of the week. Looking ahead to what the rest of the week will bring!

Tuesday, April 8 – Day 11

5am – took my shot of E3Live straight this morning before my 5:30 cycling class! Wanted to get it in there quick and without interruption. I must say I’m getting better with the cycling. I don’t get winded as quickly and I am really starting to enjoy the class. Day 11 and I’m feeling mighty nice about this entire 30 day challenge.

My husband and I were invited to enjoy a 21 day trial membership at an upscale health club facility in Chicago. Talk about blessings chasing you down……yes lord……that is exactly how it’s been happening with me lately. First, I’m selected for this 30 day challenge with E3Live. I got all the products free. All they want me to do is take them daily and tell them how I feel! What?! God is so awesome. Then, I’m selected for a 21 day free trial membership at one of the best health club facilities in Chicago!!!! All I can say right now is WOW! Needless to say, I worked out after work. On a normal day (without E3Live), I would be wore out right now BUT all thanks to E3Live I am energized to go some more. It’s an absolutely phenomenal feeling! Still taking 2 RenewMe pills with lunch.

Wednesday, April 9 – Day 12

6am – mixed a shot and half of E3Live with a green smoothie this morning. No workout this morning but took a FitCore class at the new gym……all core and I’m sore. But it’s a good sore. And once again E3Live to the rescue. My recovery time is not bad. I would probably still be hurting if I wasn’t taking this great supplement. What you think? Ha

Thursday, April 10 – Day 13

5am – took my shot of E3Live straight this morning before my 6am workout! I am in full swing training for my Half Marathon! What a perfect time to be taking E3Live and RenewMe. I’m a firm believer that timing is everything so in my situation the TIMING of this challenge is perfect. Just what the doctor ordered!

Friday, April 11 – Day 14th Good morning Family! I am one day away from my 55 birthday and I am feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time! God is so good! I feel so blessed in so many ways. One I have a husband and daughter who loves me unconditionally. I have good health and I love myself and my body and that is why I accepted this 30 day challenge with an open mind and an open heart. I plan to live a very long time in good health and wellness. I plan to live a long and strong life for my grandchildren (although I’m not looking for any no time soon….still waiting for the right man to come into my daughter’s life)!

Anyway, for this second week I feel I won a nobel prize! I took my E3Live Brain On drink and RenewMe capsules FAITHFULLY everyday and on time. The taste is getting better and better which means I can take a little more each day. Isn’t that wonderful?! I am ending this week feeling great, looking gorgeous and thanking God for his love for me. Another year, another birthday, another chance at life in it’s fullness.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Reba Week 1

Reba is finished with her first week of the E3Live 30 Day Challenge.  Check out her journal from the first week!

Day 1

April 1 – It’s Tuesday. My most busiest day of the week! I could barely get out of bed. I was sooooo tired. However, I rolled out at 5:00am, hydrated myself with water and took my E3Renew Me! From there, I got ready to teach my 6:15am Barre Shaper class at Fire Shaper in Wyckoff, NJ. Reba- Week 1I was still a little cloudy and was confusing my ‘rights and lefts’ with my students. The class was good and I really wished I had more clarity. I just felt REALLY foggy. After that I had to hurry home for an 8:00am conference call. Somehow I was able to clean myself up and shower and have my BrainON shot! Scurried off to the office for a 4 hour meeting. Bored out of my mind, I was relieved to get to my desk to have my shot of BrainON again. I mixed it with some Kale, Romaine Lettuce, and Lime juice. The end of the day was at 5:30pm and had to run to the gym and teach my willPower&grace class at American Woman in Oakland at 6:30pm. Needless to day, I am pooped!

Day 2

Wednesday – April 2 –- Hello! I woke up at 5:00am feeling pretty good. Took my E3RenewMe! I did a few yoga poses to stretch out. My hamstrings felt very tight. After I did some yoga, I got ready for work and brought my two shots of E3 Live BrainON with me. As soon as I got into the office, I took my shot…..

6 hours later…..

I felt that 2:30pm emotional eating urge come on. I was bored out of my mind and I so wanted to hop into my car and go buy a bag of those white chocolate easter eggs. I knew I was bored. So, I got up and made myself a cup of Yogi tea and took my second shot of E3 Live BrainON along with my kale, romaine lettuce, lime juice mix. After a long day at the office, I was literally “juiced” up and ready to go take Hot Yoga at 7:30pm. I stayed after class with the tumblers and we practiced different poses until 10:00pm!

Day 3

Thursday, April 3 – Alarm, water, E3 Live RenewMe! Weeeeeeeee! Feeling fabulous! I know I have a long day ahead of me and I’m feeling pretty darn good. Sitting at a desk for 8-9 hours is grueling, however, I had three people to do some life and career coaching with and it was time to put my superpowers on! Down the hatch with some E3 Live BrainOn. I had some really good sessions with my clients. My day ended at the office and I was off to American Woman Fitness Center in Oakland, NJ. I taught a double…..6:30pm willPower&grace class and then a 7:30pm Yoga Flow Class. I think it was one of my BEST yoga classes I taught ever! Although I plan my Yoga classes ahead of time with some idea of what I am going to teach, this time, I had no plan. I let the universe come to me. GREAT CLASS!

Day 4

Friday, April 4 – THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE! Woke up, water, E3 Live RenewMe!, 1 Hour Hot Yoga at Fire Shaper in Wyckoff, NJ. To the office for 9 hours and with me are my shots of E3 Live BrainOn!

Ugh, my day ended with eating two slices of pizza and a giant salad for two. Meaning me eating the consumption of salad for two people. I felt yucky and bloated.

Day 5

Saturday, April 5 – I woke up feeling fabulous which I was completely surprised given the food I ate the night before. Plenty of water was on deck for me. I drank a lot of water throughout the night as well. But, got up at 6:00am, water, E3 Live RenewMe!, 90 minute Hot Yoga at Fire Shaper in Wyckoff, NJ. Then, I taught my willPower&grace class at 11:00am at American Woman Fitness Center in Oakland, NJ. I had my two shots of E3 Live BrainOn. This time I added another dose of E3 Live RenewMe!, in the afternoon on an empty stomach. I was ready for Saturday night to go out to dinner with my friend. So, here is my healthy selfie!

Day 6 –

Sunday, April 6 – I had two glasses of wine with dinner last night. I feel GREAT today! Ha! Ha! I woke up at 6:00am to get my day on. I have a class to teach and took a 90min Power Hot Flow Yoga class. Life is good! Bought some spring flowers and enjoyed my shot of E3 Live BrainOn next to the flowers!

Day 7 –

Monday, April 7 – Ready for the work week! I got up and ran 3 miles! Oh yeah! I woke up at 5:00am, E3 Live RenewMe!, went for my run. Got ready to sit in the office for 9 hours. I brought my shots and I took my RenewMe! in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

Summary of my first 7 days – Yes, I went off the healthy eating wagon one day and had some wine. However, my body was set up to be VERY resilient. I ate very good all week. My meals consisted of a balance – veggies, protein, and quinoa. I ate quinoa all week. My biggest observation is that my energy, clarity and my skin looks fabulous. Enjoying this challenge! I’m sticking to a routine and not getting down for a slip in my diet. Peace out! Namaste!

Saturday-Can’t say I felt any difference yet

Sunday-Now I’m starting to notice a little more energy than usual. Nothing mentally or emotionally yet.

Monday-I am starting to feel some good results physically. My 30 minute walk was so refreshing. Overall I am an upbeat person so no change mentally or emotionally yet.

Tuesday-OMG! I am excited about my new-found energy level!

Wednesday-OMG! Today is totally different….I feel sluggish. I believe it’s part of my system detoxing. Not a good feeling!

Thursday-Feeling a heck-ova-lot better today!  Whew!

Friday-Kinda feeling like I felt Wednesday. Checked my blood pressure and it’s high so that may have something to do with why I’m not feeling my best.

E3Live 30 Day Challenge – Meet Cindy!

Meet Cindy!  She is a 51 disabled RN who will be taking E3Live + BrainON and E3 RenewMe for 30 days.  Cindy wants to improve her health, mobility, cognitive abilities and fitness levels.

Day 1.  Hi Everyone.

I am super thrilled to be part of the E3Live 30 day challenge.

Wow is all I can say.  With a knock on the door the box was left on the front porch.  My precious box had arrived.  It was well insulated and packed with loads of goodies.  I received DVDs, a book, magnets, a shot glass, a few bottles of E3Live and Renew Me!  It was like Christmas.  It left me feeling teary eyed that I was picked.

Defrosting my week’s supply of E3Live was quick and painless.  My first dose was a tablespoon.  It left me perky, energized, feeling rather alert like I had a cup of coffee.  I love starting my day off with E3Live.  I am the kind of person who notices changes rapidly.  If I eat something good my body reacts positively.  My body enjoys the E3Live.  Its a good fit.   If I consume something that disagrees with my system such as MSG or other things that I am sensitive to, my body crashes big time.

My diet is vegan, mostly raw food.  A typical day starts off with a quart of green juice that meets most of the RDA and is packed with protein.  Lunch often is often some fruit with chopped nuts, maybe a green salad with lemon on top.  Dinner is usually light.  Sometimes more juice or a raw food meal, it just depends on how I feel.

Goals.  While I would love to loose weight, it is so challenging.  My body hangs on to it.  I tend to go for walks daily as my exercise or do a workout DVD at home.  My workouts are challenging for me as I have multiple sclerosis.  It makes it challenging as to the duration of the workouts and intensity.  I don’t let the diagnosis hold me back, instead I eat in the optimal way for my body and workout to the best of my ability.

Mostly I want to see how adding E3Live Brain on and the Renew Me will make me feel.  I want to see if I feel more alive, alert, if I can do more.

Day 2.  I wake up and head to the fridge wanting my dose of E3Live.  Down the hatch it goes.  I drink it straight as the flavor isn’t bad.  It makes my brain feel alert, ready for the day.  I don’t drink coffee and I try to avoid caffeine so E3 Alive Brain on is my morning pick-me-up.

Tomorrow I would like to increase the dose, adding in another tablespoon in the afternoon.  I would like to see if it keeps me from hitting the afternoon slump.

Day 3.  I have added in a afternoon dose of the E3 Live.  My energy feels a bit steady.  My mind is alert into the evening.

Day 4.  I wake up feeling tired.  I am not sure what is up other than maybe I am detoxing a bit.  I just don’t feel 100%.  It’s not bad, just a bit weaker, more fatigue, and a bit of dizziness.  Hopefully it will pass soon.  My body feels less stiffness.  I think perhaps the Renew Me is helping to decrease the muscle spasicity or stiffness that goes along with MS.  Sometimes when I stand up from sitting before the E3 challenge, my muscles would stiffen up.  I would have to stand still waiting for them to loosen up before I could move.  It feels like my muscles are looser.  It’s easier to stand up and walk around without the pause as often.  My back feels looser.  It was injured a few years ago when a MD did emergency surgery on me for a different medical issue.  He triggered something or injured something in my back.   It’s been acting up ever since.   It feels a bit looser easier to move.

Day 5.  Still detoxing.  Today I am treating my body with patience and compassion.  It’s time to soak in the sunshine and do gentle exercise, while I wait for the detox to pass.  I don’t mind the detox.  It’s good knowing my body is flushing out stuff I need to get rid of.  When my mother was pregnant with me I was exposed to horrible toxins.  Through my life I unknowingly was exposed to chemicals.  It feels like they are being released, thank goodness.

Day 6.  I wake up early at dawn, early enough to watch the beautiful sunrise.  My body CRAVES BrainON.  When I wake up, I automatically go the the kitchen to get my fix.  All is well.  I feel good.  The detox is releasing it’s hold on me.

Day 7.  Good Morning, I feel alert again when I wake up.  The detox symptoms are minimal.  I am going to hold my dose at 1 T. twice a day for a bit before I increase it again.  It feels good to be back to my usual and maybe a bit more.  Today I started doing Project Hope workout.  It’s a beginner 20 min. workout which I broke up into two segments.  Yes, I know I am out of shape. I have been working out for several years, but it’s been tough to make any progress when your battling a disease that messes with your physical strength.  I do the best I can. In addition to this workout I am doing exercises that my physical therapist has me doing.  I am also out doing small bits of gardening off and on during the day as my body tolerates.  My legs are a little bit stronger.  I can bend over a bit longer pulling weeds.
